Important Information About Airport Transfers
✈️ Arrival in Zagreb – Group Transfers 🇭🇷
Trafalgar provides a courtesy shuttle from Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport (ZAG) to your hotel on the scheduled arrival day only. Please check your itinerary for exact transfer details.
After collecting your luggage and exiting customs, proceed into the International Arrivals Hall, where our transfer representative will be waiting to greet you and escort you to the hotel.
We will be operating two transfers from the airport, departing11h30 and 14h30.
If you arrive outside the group transfer window and haven’t arranged a private transfer, you’ll need to make your own way to the hotel at your own expense.
🚖 Taxi Option
Only use official taxis from the rank just outside the terminal.
💶 A taxi to the hotel typically costs around €30–35, depending on traffic. The ride takes approximately 25–30 minutes.
Please note:
There are no refunds for missed or unused transfers due to flight delays, missed connections, or cancellations.

• Zagreb’s Old Town – Take a tram to Ban Jelačić Square, then explore the cobblestone streets, St. Mark’s Church, and the historic Upper Town
• Tkalčićeva Street – A lively pedestrian street full of cafés, bars, and boutique shops
🚋 Getting Around:
The Srednjaci tram stop is just a few minutes from the hotel. From here, you can easily reach the city center and major attractions in under 15 minutes. Taxis and rideshares are also widely available.
Whether you’re in the mood for coffee in a historic square, a quiet park walk, or a bit of early sightseeing, you’re in the right spot to start enjoying Zagreb.
